  4. Send notice for house’ inspection 2 weeks prior to it.
  5. Get him informed 48 hours before inspection.
  6. Do inspection in the presence of tenant.
  7. Note all defects or wear and tears.
  8. Deduct damage charges from security deposit.
  9. Return the rest amount.
  10. Not eligible for damage amount claim later.
