Alongside, gross proceeds drawn after selling property shall be attached in which custodian\u2019s role was of the RIFIs. If the NRIs will have depository account, their credited amount or gross amount of interest shall be included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But Foreign Financial Institutions (FFIs) can no longer deny US-citizens\u2019\/NRIs investment as per strict guidelines of FATCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
